  The people who work for this company are very friendly and I've enjoyed working with them; however, getting any kind of maintenance work done is like pulling teeth. We moved into a house that had some minor maintenance issues (blinds that don't work and have years of dust on them, fixtures with old lightbulbs that don't work, holes in the hardwood floor of the closet that opens to the crawlspace underneath). Some of these issues were resolved in the first week (lightbulbs), but some we were told would not be covered by the landlord (like the blinds and holes in the hardwood). We've invested several hundreds of dollars into this rental home to make it presentable and safe for our family and friends when they come to visit, and that has been frustrating--a house for rent should be move-in ready. Most recently we have had electricity issues (granted, a person was sent the next day, but three days later, the issue is still not resolved) and yellow jacket issues (there is a nest in the wall of the house that was there upon move-in; our maintenance request has gone unaddressed for nearly two weeks now and results in us not being able to use the backyard). Our rental house is a good deal, and once again, I must stress that the staff at Berry Realty have been kind and helpful. I just wish that some of these maintenance issues would be taken care of in a more timely manner, and I wish that the house would have been better prepared for move-in.
