  Amazing experience! In all the apartments I've ever moved in to, I have never had service like the service I've received at Edgewater Vista. From the moment I entered the leasing office inquiring about an apartment to the day I got my keys and signed the lease, Cindy (the leasing consultant) was SO pleasant, informative, and helpful. She communicated everything so clearly and any question or concern that I had, she addressed. Moving can be a very stressful situation, but Cindy made the transition from my old place to my new place as stress-free as possible. And not to mention, the apartment is VERY nice! Everything was clean upon move-in (new carpet, new vinyl floors, etc.) I am excited to be a new resident of Edgewater Vista! I would HIGHLY recommend Edgewater Vista to be your new home! :) I am the type of person who really appreciates exceptional customer service, so TRUST ME when I say the staff here is amazing, the apartments look great, and they really seem to care!

  I previously lived here for 2 years and although not the best part of Decatur it was a great experience!!! The leasing office staff will work with you until the end!!!!! Very kind women who!!! I definitely would live at the property again!
